We were so excited to open our doors and host our FIRST Family Information Night! This allowed us to give an update on Rockpool’s growth and development within the North Brisbane area as well as a look into quality initiatives that fuel a lot of behind the scenes work at Rockpool. It was extremely important for us to share the time and effort that goes into every feedback form received from residents, families, and staff. Once a feedback form is received it goes directly to the manager it applies to. The manager will be able to learn if there are anything we need to change, keep doing, or stop doing at Rockpool. As a developing aged care facility the feedback provided is very important in our growth.

Our mission is to provide care and services creating an environment for residents, families and staff that is safe, secure, inclusive, contemplative, reflective and vibrant with life. This can only happen in partnership with all of the residents, families and staff welcomed at Rockpool.
