Innovative Design & Build

Our aged care homes are thoughtfully designed and built to embody innovation . In collaboration between our development team, architects and interior designers we centre our homes around welcoming community spaces, creating nurturing, vibrant, safe and inclusive places to live.

Each level, supports a community of 15 to 30 residents with a shared lounge and dining area located at the heart. This best-practice approach prioritises care, support, and promotes meaningful relationships among residents.

We are committed to creating aged care residences that lead the way – and we’ve done this from the very beginning with Rockpool Carseldine achieving a 5 Star Green Star Rating by the Green Building Council of Australia, making it the first residential aged care home in Australia to achieve this.

Dining Excellence

Nutrition and enjoyment are at the heart of dining at Rockpool, where each day our skilled chefs prepare three nutritious main meals, complemented by morning tea, afternoon tea, and supper.

Knowing that appetites vary, we also provide an all-day grazing menu to ensure residents can enjoy food at their leisure. Our seasonal rotating menu is created through a collaboration with dieticians and residents, so that everyone has the freedom to choose their own personal order each day from an expansive menu

We provide voice-activated communication systems, enabling residents to connect directly with carers and nurses whenever they wish. This approach respects the preferences and abilities of our residents, enabling our 'My Day My Way' philosophy.

Ongoing monitoring technology

Rockpool offers 4D Radar Active Room Monitoring Technology in selected resident rooms. This technology significantly reduces the risk of falls compared to traditional sensors providing an elevated standard of care.
