With a 50-year career spanning nursing, workplace assessment and accreditation, auditing, operations and executive management, Cathy is valued, respected and admired for her unwavering standards and unrelenting energy.

Cathy is driven to create change and focus on resident care which includes the entire emotional, mental, social and physical aspects of a person's life.
