Ian Kelleher is our purpose-driven Chief Operating Officer, who has over 30 years’ experience in leading teams across the telecommunications sector, human services, tourism industries and most recently residential aged care. Ian is committed to enhancing the quality of life for residents at Rockpool, through continuous improved experiences, the creation of compassionate environments and a focus on ongoing innovation. His passion for improving the lives of others aligns perfectly with his role at Rockpool, where he leads with empathy and a strong sense of purpose.

Throughout his career, Ian has developed deep capabilities in leadership, operations, marketing, technology, strategy, innovation, modern work practices, project management, financial management and delivery. These skills are crucial for advancing Rockpool’s strategic vision.  Ian is an authentic leader who empowers those around him.  Ian is curious to learn, has the courage to innovate, all while keeping things simple.  He loves a new challenge and likes to have fun along the way.

In addition to his professional achievements, Ian is deeply committed to continuous learning and professional growth. He holds qualifications in Business and Project Management, plus an Executive Masters in Business Administration. He also volunteers on several not-for-profit boards representing his beloved outback QLD.
