Paul is a senior finance executive with over 25 years of experience across all key facets of finance and governance. He has a proven history of optimising business performance. Paul is a Chartered Accountant, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has completed an MBA (executive) with the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW).

Capitalising on a solid accounting base, Paul has developed a depth of experience in tax, treasury, corporate finance, M&A, risk management and transaction structuring and execution. Drawing on these skills, Paul assists with strategy formulation, implementation of strategic initiatives and risk mitigation to support the growth of the business and achieve shareholder objectives. Paul has exceptional leadership skills and has an established track record in developing high performing teams.
